What should I get after a new boiler is fitted?

A completed Benchmark commissioning checklist, the manufacturer's guarantee registered in your name, and a Building Regulations compliance certificate, which usually arrives by post a few weeks after the installation is notified.

How long do your boiler guarantees last?

We're an accredited installer for Ideal boilers, which come with a 5, 10 or 12 year warranty depending on the boiler. Manufacturers usually ask for the boiler to be signed up for its guarantee after fitting and serviced every year to keep it.

Does a new gas boiler have to be fitted by a Gas Safe engineer?

Yes. By law, anyone who fits or works on a gas boiler must be on the Gas Safe Register. Our registration number is 629872.

How can I check you're Gas Safe registered?

Every Gas Safe registered business has a registration number, and ours is 629872. You can check it at gassaferegister.co.uk or by calling the Gas Safe Register on 0800 408 5500.

Do you do both heating and plumbing?

Yes. We cover new boilers, boiler repairs, boiler servicing, central heating & radiators, bathrooms & showers and plumbing repairs & leaks.

Can you replace a leaking hot water tank?

Yes. We replace hot water tanks and immersion heaters, and repair or upgrade central heating systems.
